Kitchen was well equipped, accommodations were spotless. Property is as advertised and is centrally located. Contact with owner was quick and easy. Anyone looking to golf, there are at least 7 golf courses within 35 minutes of this property. Would absolutely stay here again if back in the area.

Excellent accommodations for our group. Good location to family friendly activities (bowling, mini-golf, swimming, playfields). Very hospitable hosts. My car battery went dead and hosts provided a trickle charger to help me out.

Nicely renovated, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were all very comfy no complaints. Perfect location easy access to everything. Close to the galloping goose trail for easy morning walks. Would return again

Great for family, super home and location.

The property is very clean and very spacious. It was able to house all six adults and a three year-old for 5 days. Central location meant easy access to Langford and area. While it would’ve been good to be able to access the backyard, the sitting areas and the deck were really nice. We enjoyed being able to cook a couple meals in the kitchen and several commented on how well provisioned the kitchen was. We highly recommend this house and the host. If we’re in the area again and we have a large group, we’ll be looking at renting this house again.

Amazing Stay

This property was perfect for our family gathering. It had everything we needed for 8 of us. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved the BBQ on the outdoor deck. Awesome place to stay home away from home. House had everything we needed and more. Great communication and we loved the added bonus of having "Hershey" greet us whenever we arrived home. Fabulous location as only five to ten minutes away from everything. Great for family groups as so much room. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home away from home for large family

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The house was very well set up for our needs and gave us room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking and the host was quick and helpful in responding to questions. The welcome basket was also a nice treat! We found the house to be very well situated for our needs as well. Easy to get in to Victoria and also to head out towards Sooke. We would definitely stay here again!

Tim and Nessa were fantastic hosts. The house is beautiful and spacious and well located for visiting Victoria (about a 30 minute drive). Hershey’s visits were a highlight. The two living rooms were great for the six of us plus baby. It was very convenient having two full bathrooms upstairs plus the half bath downstairs. All of the appliances were up to date and the upstairs laundry room had space for hanging clothes that could not go in the dryer. Having arrived from 3 different locations we had 3 cars and parking was more than adequate. We could not have found a better place for our family group.

Langford house

Great family or friends house with 2 living rooms and 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. Great hosts and fun dog that visits if you want. Hershey is a loving cockapoo. Remodeled with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of hot water for 7 people and well stocked kitchen.

Great time.

This rental was in an excellent location for visiting parks and beaches. The residence gave us plenty of space and had everything we needed. Nessa and Tim were great at responding immediately to any issue we had. And Hershey was absolutely adorable. I highly recommend this rental.

This property worked well for us. There was plenty of space in the house, a nice deck and beautiful backyard. It served as a nice oasis at the end of each long day of activities. Location was good. Communication with Tim was easy and timely.
