If you are travelling with the kids or just enjoy cooking, you will find meal preparation a breeze in the sleek and fully equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances and ample bench space. Please note this apartment is strictly NON smoking. you cannot smoke or vape on the balcony either. Please do not book this apartment if you are a smoker. A $200 fine will apply for non compliance.

There is a secure car parking space underneath the building and a lift to take you to ground level where the apartment is. There is extra 24 hr parking on the street out the front

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
