Appartement idĂ©alement placĂ©, pas de parking mais stationnement trĂšs facile au pied de l'immeuble, cĂŽtĂ© parc. L'appartement est trĂšs spacieux et trĂšs propre. IdĂ©al pour notre besoin, seulement dormir.Quelques bĂ©mols toutefois:DĂ©coration monacal, c'est triste Ă un point ...! pas un bibelot pas d'Ăąme; dommage,RĂ©cupĂ©rer la clĂ© de l'appartement est un escape game, besoin de 3 codes et le dernier n'est vraiment pas simple, je vous laisse faire l'exercice :-)Les Ă©chafaudages en façade et l'interdiction d'aller sur le balcon pourront gĂȘner ceux qui passent plus de temps que nous dans l'appartement et qui auraient envie d'admirer le parc et l'Allier depuis le long balcon. Et il manque un lave vaisselleLes concierges sont trĂšs rĂ©actifs et efficaces... par mail , vous ne verrez jamais personne. Si nous revenons Ă Vichy nous choisirons cet appartement en prioritĂ© parce qu'il convient Ă nos besoins.
