On the main floor there is a functional bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a children's bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), providing a comfortable space for younger guests.

On the upper floor, a mezzanine opens onto the living area and houses a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and a second bathroom for added convenience.

Ideal for comfortably accommodating 6 people, this spacious loft can easily be adapted to accommodate up to 8 tenants thanks to its modular layout. Perfectly located in the charming village of Vias, just 2.5 km from the beaches, it is the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, space and proximity to the sea.

## Access
The ground floor is unoccupied, so you have the loft and courtyard to yourself. The courtyard offers side-by-side parking for 2 vehicles and is enclosed by a secure gate.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
