This charming 27 m² air-conditioned flat, located on the 2ndᵉ floor without a lift of the ‘Viabella 2’ residence, is ideal for a comfortable stay by the sea. Its large double-glazed bay window allows you to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the seaside resort while retaining a real haven of peace inside. The bedroom opens onto an enclosed courtyard, providing a very quiet and secure setting.

The accommodation comprises a bright living room with a sofa bed (120x190), a convivial dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC for added convenience. The bedroom offers a cosy space with a 140x200 cm double bed, guaranteeing peaceful nights.

For younger guests, a low-ceilinged mezzanine above the living area creates a playful little ‘cabin’, with two 80x190 cm beds, ideal for children looking for a space of their own.

The flat has a private, numbered parking space at the heart of the residence.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The flat is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and homely.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 km from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
