Le logement est spacieux et bien situé : courses, plage, visite de la ville et de la Toscane. Un ventilateur supplémentaire dans le séjour serait appréciable car il y fait très chaud.

Comodo, semplice ed essenziale come punto di appoggio
Soggiornato per alcuni giorni (6) insieme ad amico con rispettivi figli ( di 17 anni ), soggiorno tranquillo utile come punto d’appoggio in quanto in centro e non lontanissimo dal mare, casa pulita ma un pò obsoleta negli arredamenti ( materassi sicuramente da cambiare ) e soprattutto mancanza di condizionatore d’aria,proprietà gentilissima e disponibile (al nostro arrivo ci hanno portato subito un ventilatore ).
Consiglio per soggiorno breve ma nom per soggiorno lungo

appartamento pulito con qualche pecca
Appartamento in ottima posizione centrale. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi.
Arredamento vecchio e logoro, letto con materasso sfondato e quindi molto scomodo, lampadina nella doccia non funzionante.
Nella descrizione della proprietà vengono indicati 2 bagni ma ce n'è soltanto uno. Proprietario molto gentile ci ha consegnato le chiavi in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto.
Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo direi che è piuttosto alto, due notti in albergo ci sarebbero probabilmente costate meno. Ci sono stata in occasione del Jova Beach party e probabilmente il prezzo è stato aumentato per quello, dato che gli alberghi erano tutti pieni.
In conclusione buon soggiorno anche se non eccezionale.. per due notti ci siamo adattate. Non lo consiglierei per soggiorni più lunghi.

4 ragazze al concerto di Jovanotti
Il nostro padrone di casa è stato molto gentile, ci ha accolte con simpatia e disponibilità. L'appartamento è confortevole e pulito, non abbiamo usatola cucina perchè siamo rimaste solo una notte. Siamo tornate a casa tardi, il quartiere e la casa sono sicuri e tranquilli, la posizione è ottima. L'arredamento di casa non è particolarmente nuovo e anche i letti accusano il passare degli anni, per questo non sono particolarmente comodi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è medio.
