The house of 250m2 has a very large living room (living room, dining room, open kitchen) overlooking a terrace, a large master suite upstairs, dressing room with bathroom and toilet, 1 double bedroom with a bathroom bathroom and separate wc and 2 large bedrooms with laundry, bathroom with large bath and toilet.
TV, sitting area, DVD player, stereo, kitchen, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, washing machine.
Outside, the view is clear overlooking the surrounding nature. A large swimming pool not overlooked is also accessible throughout the day.
In both the evening and the day, from the covered terrace, you can for example enjoy the peace, the garden and the barbecue.

Très agréable villa située a l écart de la vie tumultueuse touristique et très proche des sites à visiter .
