In a former magnanerie completely restored with great care, we welcome you on a surface of 125 m² in a setting combining the charm of old and modern comfort.
The total capacity is 8 people + 1 baby for which all equipment is available (crib, high chair, bath).
For your comfort, beds are made on arrival.
The ground floor is accessible to a person with reduced mobility.
The cottage has an enclosed garden with trees 900m² decorated with children's games, a petanque court, sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture.
Vesseaux is a nice little village on the outskirts of the southern Ardèche, the heart of the natural park of the Ardèche.
The Magnanerie is ideally located for exploring different valleys of southern Ardèche, visit picturesque villages or tourist, practice recreation and outdoor sports activities.

Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants s et le Logement était très confortable et en pleine nature. La maison dispose d'équipements de qualité. Le jardin est grand et agréable et a permis aux enfants de profiter de l'extérieur en toute sécurité. Nous remercions aussi Thomas et sa partenaire pour l'accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons ce logement et reviendrons certainement pour une visite plus longue.

Immense déception...

Attirés par l’annonce, nous avions réservé pour 15 jours, espérant profiter de notre repos annuel. Hélas, ce fut une immense déception et nous avons quitté le logement après 1 semaine pour les raisons suivantes : 1. De nombreuses sources de bruits Route départementale à double sens à env 250 mètres à vol d’oiseau ! Avec un passage important de voitures, motos, etc. Impossible de profiter de la terrasse sans entendre ce balai permanent. Une 2ème voie de circulation à double sens entoure la cuisine et le salon et le jardin. Le salon donne directement sur cette 2ème voie et la maison ne dispose pas de portail pour faire écran -->la nuisance sonore (et visuelle) lié au passage des voitures est significative. Nous sommes très surpris que ces points ne figurent pas sur l'annonce ou les photos. Ex : la photo du salon dans l’annonce a été prise de nuit, les rideaux fermés (en journée, la finesse des rideaux laisse passer la lumière et la route est visible, même rideaux fermés). 2. Maison pas idéale pour les familles avec enfants : L’accès au jardin est impossible depuis les pièces de vie (escalier à pic pour s’y rendre). N’imaginez donc pas dire à de jeunes enfants d’aller jouer au jardin, il vous faudra les accompagner à chaque fois (aller et retour...) Il n’y a ni livres, ni jeux de société, ni autres jouets qui figurent souvent dans les locations. 3. Maison désagréable en période de chaleur L’absence de climatisation et de piscine rendent l’expérience peu agréable. Autre soucis : de nombreux moustiques en fin de journée et la nuit. Même si l’hôte met à disposition des produits anti-moustiques, c’est tout de même pénible… Sur ce point, le conseil du livret d’accueil est… d’éteindre les lumières ou de fermer les fenêtres. 4. Communication difficile avec la propriétaire Effarés par le bruit, nous avons joint la propriétaire dès le 1er jour. L’accueil fut plus que glacial. Après nous avoir taxé d’hypersensibilité au bruit (nous vivons en ville en banlieue parisienne…), la propriétaire s’est montrée plus silencieuse sur les oublis de l’annonce : route départementale, 2ème route, etc. Nous avons proposé qu’elle reloue la maison la 2ème semaine pour nous rembourser une semaine. Après avoir accepté le principe, la propriétaire s’est montré très peu transparente sur la réussite de cette démarche. Malgré nos demandes, nous ne savons toujours pas si le logement a été reloué la 2ème semaine. Et aucune nouvelle de notre chèque de caution 1 semaine après…

Très belle maison

La maison est totalement conforme à la description... et encore mieux ! Maison parfaitement adaptée pour deux couples avec 4 enfants, grandes chambres très confortables, deux belles salles d'eau, tout l'équipement nécessaire pour bébés. Le jardin, grand privatif et sans aucun vis à vis est très appréciable. La cuisine dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire pour qui se sent l'âme d'un cuisinier. A recommander sans réserve.

Le gîte est parfait, très bien équipé et correspond à 100% à sa description. Parfait également pour de jeunes enfants. Rien à signaler de négatif, allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber! Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Kleiner Nachteil: man hört die Hauptstraße u die kleine Straße vor dem Haus ist recht stark befahren. Sonst alles prima!
