Cutting corners on everything in order to make a profit leads to a cold robot like environment where codes, machines, formats rule. Not synonym with hospitality which is a human trait.

A grear accomodation for a business trip! The only thing that was annoying was the internet , the speed was good, but it was disconnecting every 2-3 hours.

L’arrivée s’est faite en self check in car plus de réception après 21h. Il fallait un numéro de réservation différent de celui hôtels.com à demander par un interphone. L’écran était peu lisible. Le processus peu pratique pour une personne âgée. On avait une réservation pour 2 mais une seule serviette et pas de réception pour demander une autre. Les murs sont suffisamment fins pour entendre le voisin ronfler…
