On the second and last floor of a small building recently renovated without a lift, there is this apartment detailed with exposed beams and modern furnishings which give the house an atmosphere of particular elegance. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and has a table with 4 chairs.

The bathroom is bright and consists of a shower, bidet and toilet.

The large sleeping area opens onto the bedroom with a double bed, a single bed with bedside tables, a 4-door wardrobe, sofa and TV. You go up the staircase that leads to the mezzanine, where there is another single bed and a desk.

Ant Problem

This apartment is much smaller than expected. Also, the kitchen walls are full of scuff marks. Pictures are much better than reality. Plus you have to climb 30 very steep steps in a narrow and dirty hallway. But biggest problem is the hall and apartment is full of ants. There are several ants holes in the apartment where the ants are getting in. There are ants in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Basically ants everywhere. Beds are load and not comfortable.
