Penthouse Valentino with terrace lake view
On the panoramic and sunny location of Verbania in Zoverallo, on the top floor of a house, is Penthouse Valentino. A new flat in perfect condition, it enjoys a magnificent view of the town and the lake . The entrance leads to the large living room, which has large windows along its entire length overlooking the large covered terrace equipped with dining table, deckchairs and sun loungers. The living room has a modern open kitchen equipped with all appliances and dining table and a sitting area with elegnate sofa and Smart Tv. From the living room or and terrace the view is wonderful. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with single beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. A few metres from the entrance there is a reserved parking area with two parking spaces for guests. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Verbania with all the services and bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. Magnificent flat for a unique holiday on Lake Maggiore in a location with large living room and terrace , a paradise for your holiday!

Logement très confortable avec une magnifique vue
Logement spacieux, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, propre et calme, grande terrasse ombragée. Notre correspondante de l’agence sur place, Giorgia, était réactive et très agréable. Nécessite d’avoir une voiture (place de parking tout proche) car le logement est un peu à l’écart (et en hauteur) du centre.
