'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful native gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open plan living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
