Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Ginestra sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist natürlich unbezahlbar. Der Internetauftritt entspricht 1:1 der Realität. Der Pool wurde von unseren beiden Töchtern sofort in Beschlag genommen. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf Monaco und kann mindestens einmal in der Woche ein Feuerwerk über der Stadt bewundern. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns mehrmals frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten gegeben. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung erfolgt zwar über eine enge und teilweise sehr steile Straße, aber wir konnten das auch mit unserem großen Familienvan gut bewältigen.

Familien Urlaub

Ferienwohnung top ausgestattet, Vermieterin sehr freundlich, Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel nach einer Woche und ruhig gelegen. Ausblick sagenhaft, Sandstrand unten ein super Geheimtipp, Lage gut um Ausflüge nach Südfrankreich zu machen, Fahrrad zu fahren oder einfach nur den Blick zu genießen. Nur die Zufahrt ist am Anfang eine Herausforderung aber nach ein paar Tagen okay. Alles im allem zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus - interessante Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus, welches sich hoch über Ventimiglia befindet. Die Anfahrt ist echt interessant (so würde ich die sehr steile Zufahrt bezeichnen) Wer in die Stadt laufen will muss den Berg runter und danach auch wieder hoch. Die Wohnung selber ist modern ausgestattet. Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken alles in einem Raum. Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Spülmaschine inkl. Tabs waren vorhanden. Spülmittel, Schwamm , Lappen, .. alles war da. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Zauberstab vervollständigen die Ausstattung. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten großzügige Schränke. Die Betten sind mit 1,60m Breite etwas schmal, aber für eine Woche geht auch das. Die Terrasse bietet einen spektakulären Ausblick und lädt morgens schon zu einem sonnigen Frühstück ein. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und haben die Woche sehr genossen.
