We had issues the first night with the electric but the team corrected it. The service is amazing! The breakfast was good. The only complaint is, it would have been nice to know it is not all level when walking in the halls. There are a few steps .

If you've never been to Venice before you want to stay at this hotel. It's a little bit pricey but it is right in the middle of the Grand canal a 5-minute walk from the Rialto market and 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge. The staff goes out of their way to help you in any way and it is absolutely gorgeous inside.

Loved the location. Being on the ground canal was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and always available. The room was clean and very modern. The breakfast was great and a nice way to start the day. Overall this was exactly what we were looking for.

From check-in to check-out, the concierge and staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was as pictured and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne. The breakfast was delicious and the bar had very tasty drinks. The location was perfect to all the activities we had planned in the city and you could easily walk around and find everything on the map. We will definitely recommend this hotel and very happy with our stay. Thank you as this was our first trip to Venice!
