We had a lovely stay at this clean, comfortable, well-decorated house, which is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The well-equipped kitchen had everything needed to prepare full meals, and the host was generous with supplies for kitchen, laundry, bath, and fun, including beach chairs, pool floaties, and even shark teeth sifters. The home is within walking distance of Shamrock Nature Center, a great place for walking. The host was very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful! Mike and his wife have done a super job in making things so clean, modern and inviting. Our kids and grandkids stayed for the weekend in the middle of the trip, they loved the the pool. I was so greatful for the extra security of a alarm on the doors to protect the little ones.Mike was prompt in fixing the one issue we had. We hope we can visit again next year:)

Updated and well stocked house - kitchen and bathroom. In quiet neighborhood close to many beaches and restaurants. We weren’t able to use the pool unfortunately do to it not heating with the weather during our stay. Host provided a lot of information and communicated timely.

The property was clean, comfortable, and the layout was great. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could have needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio in the mornings with a great view of the pool and palm trees.The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and is located just a short drive away from restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent this property again - thanks for the stay!

House was spotless. Kitchen well stocked with every possible utensil and and appliance. Pet-friendly with secure fenced yard. Pool was a comfortable 82 degrees which as perfect for December. Excellent communications with owners.

Great stay! They were very accommodating. House was very clean. The towels all seemed new. Great amenities. Only drawback was the pool is only heated in winter months. We stayed in October, so the kids didn’t hesitate to get in pool, but it would have been nice to take the edge of with the help of the heater. To be fair, we didn’t ask to turn the heater on because it seemed clear that the heater was only for winter months.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cutest house in Venice! Felt like the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. The house was very updated, super clean and we honestly felt at home right away. The pool and backyard area were the icing on the cake - we spent so much time relaxing in the water and enjoying the cozy outdoor space. 10/10 would recommend staying here! We definitely plan to book here again for a future getaway.
