Lovely host, clean room and comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, tons of stairs but the view from the terrace is worth the climb!

The place is up several flights of stairs. At night it is pitch black. Be sure to have a flashlight. It is a shared bathroom situation. And I could not get the gate key to work so I was stuck outside trying to get ahold of someone. I moved places after that. Very scary to be locked up in a strange place in the dark

M'a femme et moi même avons passés un excellent week-end de pâques Antonella , Mannuella sont très accueillante, toujours souriante un vrai plaisir .La chambre était propre avec le nécessaireChambre très bien placé pour visiter Venise. La cuisine très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Les salles de bains rien a dire juste bravo Petit déjeuner aux topsJe recommande vivement. Merci encore à elles.

Website description is misleading.You are renting a room with the use of SHARED BATHROOM and KITCHEN. You depend upon how clean the bathroom is after ether renters use it and since there is no dishwasher , how well dishwasher are cleaned by other renters.Overall the place looks worn down. Several switches are broken, the light above bathroom sink is broken, bathroom window “fixed” with a tape.Location is excellent.We stayed 2 night only and it was OK but would not stay again.The place is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator.

Clean and friendly host. The stairs are killer. We found all beds in Italy uncomfortable and hot water unreliable all over and no different here. Two bathrooms for 4 rooms was a little uncomfortable. Noise from the restaurant downstairs lasts until late. Not a bad place, maybe we just aren't B&B people.

Antonella est très accueillante. Elle facilite toujours le séjour de ses Hotes:arrivée, départ, bagages. Il n’y a pas les contraintes de l’hôtel. Les petits déjeuners servis sur la terrasse sont un bonheur et très bons. Je recommande vivement.

Chambre très bien placée pour visiter Venise. Bon petit déjeuner avec belle vue. Nous n’avions pas compris que la salle de bain était commune. 2 salles de bain de dispo pour 4 chambres. Insonorisation moyenne. Cuisine commune très propre, hôtes très accueillantes et arrangeantes notamment pour le dépôt des bagages, et de très bon conseils pour les restaurants.

Quaint B&B in Venice

Delightful place to stay to get an authentic feel for life in Venice. Having breakfast on the terrace was a a real treat. A great way to start your day. Hostess was thoughtful and attentive in spite of the fact that we speak different languages. I was surprised with the bathroom sharing. I wasn’t expecting this, though it worked out fine. The steps were very challenging with luggage. It would have been helpful to know ahead. Having some common space outside our bedroom was nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much!
