Excellent location, just 8min walk from train station. Lots of dinning and shopping options. Nice & Busy area but not as busy as San Marco or San Polo which is super crowded. Front desk staff were super friendly and answered all our questions about the area since it was our first time there. Room Cleaning crew did a wonderful job. Room & shower were both nice and clean. Only issue, it was hot so we left the windows open, the street noise didn’t bother us but We got lots of mosquitoes in, lots of them so we ended closing windows. There was a AC unit but no remote. We stayed only two nights so next time we’ll ask for remote. Will stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the train station, right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and lively, walkable streets. The property has been recently renovated, and the rooms are very clean, equipped with air conditioning and room service.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. It was in a well located area, especially for getting back to the airport. Was quiet and very clean as well. Bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was a decent size for it being a smaller hotel room.

This was such an amazing place. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean! The area was only 8 min walk from train station. Loved this place

Our stay here was less than ideal, but not awful. As may be the case in Venice in general, the room was very small and the shower would not be accessible for someone who is obese. Thankfully, neither one of us are. Lol. The location, on the other hand, is outstanding!
