A éviter avant tte rénovation

Comme nous l’espĂ©rions , cadre idyllique au milieu des Ă©tangs, la maison est grande avec 1 trĂšs spacieuse piĂšce de vie . Le gĂ©rant est trĂšs arrangeant au niveau des horaires d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part MAIS

 la maison est vĂ©tuste, tout ou presque est Ă  refaire , le mĂ©nage est plus que moyen. Les extĂ©rieurs qui devraient ĂȘtre agrĂ©ables ne sont pas entretenus, les salons de jardin en plastique blanc Ă  l’origine, sont empilĂ©s les uns sur les autres, totalement sales, les terrasses en bord d’étang sont envahis de tout et n’importe quoi
.. nous pourrions en raconter encore bien d’autres
.. Dommage car cela pourrait ĂȘtre paradisiaque, mais c’est juste dĂ©solant et le rapport qualitĂ©/prix n’y est pas du tout (2200euros pour 3 nuits dans une maison oĂč tt est Ă  reprendre !) Nous Ă©tions en famille, il a fait trĂšs beau et nous avons qd mĂȘme rĂ©ussi Ă  passĂ© de trĂšs bons moments mais nous ne reviendrons pas Le gĂ©rant est trĂšs discret , tellement discret que nous ne l’avons pas vu avant de partir

Lamentable

3850 € pour 4 nuits dans un logement insalubre... Quel dĂ©lice ! La chaudiĂšre est en panne (on nous l'annonce seulement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e) donc pas de chauffage au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă  l'exception de la piĂšce principale et d'un pauvre radiateur d'appoint dans la cuisine qui plafonne Ă  18° : tempĂ©rature dans l'entrĂ©e, la cuisine et et les toilettes entre 12 et 16 degrĂ©s les 2 premiers jours : il fait tellement froid qu'il y a de la condensation sur les marchĂ©s de l'escalier menant Ă  l'Ă©tage : du dĂ©lire... Le poĂȘle Ă  granulĂ©s disfonctionne et finit par fumer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, lave linge qui fuit, fuites en provenance des salles de bain de l'Ă©tage, coupures de courant Ă  rĂ©pĂ©tition les 2 premiers jours. Logement sale et non entretenu. C'est de l'escroquerie Ă  ce niveau. Pourquoi ĂȘtre restĂ©s 4 nuits ??? On Ă©tait venu fĂȘter NoĂ«l en famille et nous n'avions pas de solution de repli. Une honte de maintenir ce bien en location. Point positif : la piĂšce de vie est chouette lorsqu'il n'y a pas d'eau qui coule du plafond et que le poĂȘle ne se met pas Ă  fumer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur... Proposition de notre interlocuteur (qui n'est pas propriĂ©taire) : remise de 300 € en contrepartie d'un commentaire pas trop virulent.... Et bien tant pis pour les 300 €, si cela peut Ă©viter Ă  d'autres locataires de perdre autant d'argent que nous.

Logement vétuste

Le logement est vétuste et les équipements en mauvais état: chauffage principal HS avec des fuites à gérer, le lave linge fuit, 1 frigo sur 2 en panne, la machine à café est entartrée et le café ne coule pas. Les salles de bain sont en mauvais état. Par contre la salle de séjour est trÚs grande et agréable, hormis les canapés. De façon global le rapport qualité/prix est disproportionné.

Merci beaucoup Ă  Johann pour son hospitalitĂ© ainsi que sa disponibilitĂ© ! Super maison trĂšs spacieuse et idĂ©ale pour les groupes, dans laquelle j'ai pu fĂȘter mon anniversaire ! L'endroit est lui aussi enchanteur et dĂ©paysant la maison Ă©tant entourĂ©e d'Ă©tangs. Johann est adorable et nous avons pu passer un trĂšs bon moment.
