Beautiful hotel. Clean and staff were largely very friendly, but hotel was not meant for family. We brought our two boys - well behaved - and I was with them the whole time, but we felt really unwelcome in the fitness and pool areas as it seemed to tailor to older customers. Would love to go here again, but not with kids.

Very difficult to find room and to find way outside. I had a pet with me and they put me on the 6th floor way in the back with a confusing way to get out quickly potty needs. I definitely would not stay here again due to above.
