We enjoyed a large selection of food at breakfast. Reception staffs are friendly. Free parking is another advantage of this hotel. However, we were disappointed by the following: 1) No trash can in the room. Hotel guests are forced to dispose of garbage in the waste bin placed near the elevator. (Only one bin on one floor.) 2) No bath rug in the bathroom. Shower curtain is not long enough to prevent water splash. Shampoo bottle did not work well. 3) No locker room in the swimming pool area.

Arrived very wet after hours in a gale travelling from Bremerhaven by motorcycle, bar staff were great and knowledgeable about the beers he had, food was buffet style but good, staff were friendly. Didn’t see Kolding at all as weather was so bad. Good breakfast as well

On check in, learned that both the restaurant and pool were closed. The 2 reasons we picked this hotel. No information prior to booking/arrival about this. Hotel refused any form of refund/compensation. Poor customer service. Room was fine and staff pleasant otherwise.
