composto da ingresso-cucina-soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con letto a castello e un bagno con ampia doccia.
E' autonomo con ingresso privato, situato al piano terra.
Parcheggio gratuito all'esterno.
Non sono ammessi animali o feste.
Oltre al prezzo fisso per notte, vengono aggiunti al conto anche €50 per le pulizie di fine soggiorno.
Non c’è alcuna tassa di soggiorno, ma all’arrivo viene richiesta una cauzione si €100, che verrà restituita alla fine del soggiorno se l’appartamento viene restituito nelle buone condizioni in cui viene consegnato.
