Villa Bleu Océan – The Cordouan Studio

The Cordouan Studio, located in Villa Bleu Océan in Vaux-sur-Mer, enjoys a privileged location: close to shops, the Vélodyssée cycle path, just 10 minutes from the beaches, hiking trails, the golf course and the Maine Gaudin equestrian center. You are also near Royan, the thalassotherapy fitness center, 5 km from the wild coast and La Palmyre Zoo.



The studio is very spacious at 30 m² and includes a bedroom with dining area, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a large bathroom with two sinks and separate toilets.



You will enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, overlooking a large wooded garden. A garden shed is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine and a microwave.



The Cordouan Studio is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet setting, with terraces, garden furniture and sun loungers available for guests. It is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete crockery in the kitchenette, as well as a dining area and television. Parking is available inside the property.



Please note, pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available as an option and cleaning is mandatory, to be paid on arrival. In winter (October to April), a mandatory heating fee also applies.
