All Houses are attached, but with completely independent entrances and private quaint Patios and/or Spacious Balconies with Sea View!

All consist of 3 Bedrooms.
Two double bedrooms(of which one master double bedroom with fireplace and bathroom in it), and one big bedroom with 2 big single beds, two bathrooms, living room (sleeps up to 2 more guests).
Their own dining areas, in and outside, kitchen, their own private patios and/or spacious balconies with sea view, private outdoor SPA Bath, etc.
Each house is 155m in size and has been designed in traditional Zakynthian style in stone, the interior luxuriously styled and, of course, fully equipped throughout.
Furthermore, apart from your-own personal privacy, there is also a communal garden for all guests, with pine, Olive and other trees and flowers, BBQs, an eco childrens playground with spacious tree house, Dining Kiosks, WIFI, Free Parking, swimming pool and the Pool Bar where you can enjoy your beer..etc..
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. All rooms have air conditioning!
The view from the balconies is magnificent overlooking the sea which is approximately 150-200m. (3 min walking) from the houses and there are three beaches: Plaka beach, St. Nicolas beach and Banana beach. At a distance of 2 km you find Gerakas beach, "National Marine Park", where the world-wide famous Caretta-Caretta turtles lay their eggs.
You can Visit it, see the nests and swim with the turtles!!!!
The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.
Approximately 100-200m. from Alegria Villas there is access to taverns, beach restaurants, S. Markets, etc. etc.
Our houses have been designed to meet all the demands, necessities and requirements of a family - or a group of friends.
