The ease provided by their airport transport is very soothing for a first timer in Canada. Staff was hospitality such that you can feel the humane spot in them. Generally a nice place to be hosted when need arises

The staff was great, but the rooms were not. The first room had stains on the sheets, and in a run-down area of the hotel. We got moved to an upgraded room, which was nicer until we had a flood in our bathroom. Overall, the stay was not good, but the staff did try to make it better.
