Rooms are beautiful, spacious & comfortable. Great kid pool & waterslide. Free wifi. Nice view of the Fraser River. Breakfast buffet is excellent, but expensive.

my experience was great. my family had a blast. the rooms where nice and clean and the staff were very friendly.

There is nothing more to tell, very nice hotel and yes I would recommend this hotel to a friend, family member and or business associates.

We chose this location to be close to the airport, but ended up really liking it. The train stops right there and goes into the city. Casinos aren't my thing, but the rooms were amazing.

The train costs a little more from the airport to the hotel than from the hotel to the airport but not sure how much but it is far cheaper than a taxi. The trip to the airport cost 2.75 per person. If you are going on a cruise this is the place to stay. The Princess cruise people will pick you up at the airport to take you to the cruise ship. The hotel cost is far less than the hotels they suggest when you are booking the cruise.

Very nice hotel and casino. Very convenient to Vancouver Airport. In direct flight path, but building is well insulated for sound.

Very clean and spacious room. Have 24 hours food supply, so good for traveller on jet leg.

Hotel was wonderful however, room down the hall got quite noisy due to a large number of children in the room (parents were with them) apparently, a birthday party was going on...10pm at nite. My husband went down to the room and asked them to be a little more quiet since we were trying to get to sleep however, noise level went up again and unfortunately we had to call management. Staff was wonderful and offered us a discount on our next stay plus free breakfast. We will definately stay here again. The total facilities including the casino are smoke free which is fabulous.

1. Location is good. Convenient to train station. 2. Only one soap for 3 people and just one blanket for sofa bed. We had to ask the next day for extra. Housekeeper did not put back bags after she/he moved my stuff. 3. Hotel has casino and bar. My husband went to casino so I asked to get drink when he finished gambling. I was just taking nice hot bath when my son called and said my husband bought drink for me but cannot take to room. Really?! I never had problem even when I stay hotel without casino. In Vegas, even people bring drink in from outside. I had to rush to finish bath and shower and half wet hair and go downstair to get my drink. They should let visitors know that when they check in. 4. From garage to room and back very inconvenient. Out side is raining so we want to walk through the casino. They want to check ID and bag each time. Should have roped off area for people to just walk through and not have to show id. * I may stay again becasue of location but if I can find better deal, I will stay at other hotel.

we asked for more coffee supplies, was told by the housekeeper that we need to pay $2 more; it's so outrageous for 4 stars hotel!!

River Rock delivered as usual. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Valet parked because of the big concert on Friday and Saturday. No problems with parking. Room was good and peaceful. We even ordered room service and my son loved the pasta. Only issue was I got creamed at the Craps table. Still would like to see food court accessible for kids.

Excellent staff, concierge was extremely helpful!! Will definitely return!!

This was our first time at River Rock and boy this our familyl had fun. The suite was perfect for the four of us. Our kids loved the swimming pool, in fact we spent most of our time there so didn't get to venture our to other part of the resort. Would luv to return and explore. The only suggestion I have woud be closer parking lot. Since we had kids, we can't walk through the casino to get to the hotel so we had to walk outside and around. It would have been nice to be able to utilize the lot across the street or on the side of the rooms.

People are nice and helpful. The check-in gave good upgrade. The made are very nice.

Very good hotel. Casino is small Has poker room Food was ok

The suite was very nice. The staff was very helpful and personable. The buffet was not the best but the amenities of the hotel made up for it.

best for family getaway, and good for business, I recommend all my friend to sty in revirrock

We went on an Alaskan cruise and booked a Vancouver tour the day morning we disembarked from Canada Place on Land and Sea Tours. They took all of our luggage from the ship and after the tour delivered all of us and our bags to the River Rock Hotel. The best part is it saved us cab fare, we toured the city, and they are located on the Sky Train and we zipped right back to downtown for a fabulous dinner that night and zipped to the airport the next morning on the Sky Train. The only drawback to this hotel is you are very limited on dining options. We had a flight the next morning and the only option for ANYTHING to eat was the $15.00 breakfast buffet.

Were in a 1-bedroomn suite. Room is clean and quiet but feel relatively small in size. 6 dollars for a bottle of water in room. No complementary bottled water in a 4-star hotel??? There is only one coat hook and no storage space in the restroom. Everything is placed on the sink counter. Sofa bed is of poor quality- you can feel the springs.

Over rated and over priced. I visited many times in the past just for a quick stop, but now that my wife and i stayed there it was boring beyond boring. We had to leave to get away from the stale atmosphere, no real club, no real live entertainment and no real fun besides the gambling. The location is hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhorrible no joke!!! The area is shady and creepy, I don’t think you would be able to walk the area alone. I knew that it was not going to compare to Vegas, but in saying that it doesn’t compare to much I’ve been to many casino resorts and they so much to give their guest. Please say your time, money, and energy and book elsewhere like the inner city and be surrounded by endless activities. 10min-2hr visit-YES over night stay-NO!!! never again
