The apartment is on situated at the very centre of Vancouver’s most sought after neighbourhoods of Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown and the Olympic Village. Located in Crosstown, the locale is one of Vancouver’s oldest and historic areas. Also close proximity to beautiful parks, the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, dozens of restaurants to please every palate, rapid transit sky train next door, BC place, Rogers,costco,T&Tmarket, sports and event arenas, urban super markets, cinemas and boutique stores.Parq casino. parking spot near elevator included.5 minute ride to cruse ship.Please keep in mind this is a licenced short term rental if others who are not licenced they may be shut down when you arrive .
We provide hand sanitizer in each bathroom and also kitchen sink. We use a hot steam machine to sanitize all surfaces.Under our sink is a large bottle of bleach and isopropyl spray cleaners for your use as well. We also have spray bleach as well. The cleaning crew wear masks eye protection and gloves. All laundry is done in the condo with a hot wash and dry. We provide sanitizer wipes for the condo and all entries are key-less.

Excellent location especially if you are attending events at Rogers Arena. Very clean and comfortable beds. Has everything you would need and the host Lynn added some extra touches like makeup wipes, water in the fridge, and even a pack of cookies. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if staying in the area.

The condo was very clean and comfortable for 5 adults with more than plentiful supplies. The host was prompt to respond and very accommodating. Checking in and out was very smooth. The view is great and the amenities available are nice. Many conveniences are within walking distance: costco and Sky Train within one block and Ferry access within 2 blocks, Gastown less than 10 min. walk and a few blocks from Chinatown. Many of the local tourist activities are easily accessible.

Hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is truly amazing, near every nice places. Condo is perfect and the view! Wow! I definitely recommend! Only thing not so convenient is that there was only one key and we were 5 adults.

Excellent location - easy walk to waterfront, restaurants, shopping.

The owner was very friendly and gave excellent instructions for arriving. The condo was equipped with laundry that was convenient as this was a stop in the middle of our holidays on our way to a cruise. The location was convenient and close to the waterfront/cruise port. We still took an Uber (short drive) to the port because of luggage.

Great Pre-Cruise Stay

Excellent communication and the owner was very accommodating. This was a perfect place to stay before heading out on our AK cruise. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of amenities and a fantastic view. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and paper goods.It is a very easy walk to Gastown and Davie Street. The only reason location isn’t 5 stars is the large unhoused population in this area. It didn’t bother us, but was a bit of a surprise for our first time visit to Vancouver. If you don’t want to walk the area there are plenty of taxis and ride shares available.The owners recommendations for food/drink were excellent and everything is an easy walk or short ride.

Can we give this rental 10 stars!!! The unit was amazing good location and so much room. But the only thing better was the host! Amazing communication and they are so generous. We got to check in early which really helped, they had all the items we would need already in the unit Including some cold bottled water in the fridge. Great vacation. Thanks!!!

My husband, stepson and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great stay. We were in Vancouver for a wedding.The description is exactly as advertised. The views are exactly as seen, great views!It was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it has everything you may need and then some.The location was great, everything is within walking distance.Great communication with the host, quick response!I highly recommend. If and when we are back in Vancouver, we will definitely stay here again!

Vancouver Experience

Our stay on Abbott was great. Being on the 32nd floor was a treat and we had amazing views from our condo. Our hosts were very responsive and super helpful with the check in/out process as well as providing suggestions for things to do while in Vancouver. The accommodations were great for two couples who were on the go pretty much every day of our stay. Hosts were accommodating with supplies, towels, and living items in the kitchen. As a first time visitor to Vancouver, the directions to get into the property were a bit confusing and stressful, but once settled the process of getting into the building, parking the car, etc. became easier. The area surrounding the condo is overall very nice though there are some scattered streets which were kind of sketchy and seemed abandoned by businesses and taken over by people hanging out "long term". Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and sites within walking distance. Again, views from the condo were awesome (day and night) and our hosts were the best.
