This hotel is so close to pacific center. Very convenient for shopping in downtown

The hotel has a concierge staff that are the best I've ever encountered . They booked restaurants, tours ,ferries, helicopters without a hitch and always with the warmest helpfulness . The hotel is also in a great location easily walkable to restaurants etc. The hotel restaurant, Yew, has wonderful food and a super bar scene.

Great centrally located hotel. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Unbelievably friendly staff that went out of their way to help. Gym was great as well.

Great location and great staff. Only complaintary water was not consistent to make tea or coffee. Not even one bottle a day, someday s staff missed it to replace.

was walking to the hotel from the bus from whistler, and it was only few blocks away. since the lobby was on the higher level, so need to take the elevator up to process. But other than that, it was a great hotel to stay in. Very comfortable beds as what I'd expect from Four Seasons!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful concierge. Heather was especially great! In room dining was excellent and we had a complementary upgrade to a view on the top floor, which had a fantastic view of the city!

Our room was ready two-and-half hours past check-in time, and only after calling the front desk repeatedly from another room, we were able to get the keys to enter our room. We met with the Assistant Manager of the hotel, who showed great concern with our complaint. He offered us two complimentary breakfasts and a late check-out time to make up for the inconvenience. However, on the day we were leaving, when we came back to our room after breakfast (hours before our check-out time), the sheets, towels and toiletries had already been removed. We couldn't rest or freshen up before leaving for the airport. Apparently, the housekeeping staff had not been informed of our late check-out time.

this hotel is so clean and so close to everywhere. the Hotel staff are so friendly and polite

Great hotel but the service is impeccable. A little spendy but expected for a World Cup weekend!!!

Was looking for a hotel for a short stay in Vancouver before heading up to Whistler. The Four Seasons Vancouver is not exactly on par with other Four Seasons hotel. There's no grand lobby or any wow factor. But the service is friendly, concierge gave great directions/recommendations and the rooms were clean. Was a bit disappointed that the room was not cleaned by 2PM when we got back from our morning excursion. One great thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is connected to the Pacific Center mall and subway system. We were able to travel from our hotel through the mall to the subway. Took subway to Yaletown and then a short walk to the aquabus and Granville island. Kids loved it. Nothing that will knock your socks off, but satisfied overall.

I wish we had stayed longer. I had a business trip in October and stayed at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience. Staff very helpful without being intrusive. Centrally located and convenient for my purposes. Typical of what I have experienced with Four Seasons.

Great time with great food. Rooms are a bit old but the luxury is still great.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Alaska and the Yukon Territory in celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary. Our trip terminated in Vancouver with a one night stay at the Four Seasons. It was a beautiful hotel and the service unsurpassed. When we went to our room, it was nice but the view outside the window was of a building across the street. I went to the front desk and showed them my paperwork [...] saying that I was getting a room with a panoramic view. It was my 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted something a little more special for my wife than a view of another office building. The desk clerk was extremely nice and provided us with a free upgrade to a 27th floor suite that had a fantastic view of the harbor and mountains. It was by far the nicest hotel room either my wife or I had ever stayed in.We then went out for dinner and some touring around the city. When we came back a few hours later, there was a tray of strawberries and chocolate with a note wishing us a happy anniversary. What a nice surprise!Besides those two particular items, the concierge service was very helpful. The hotel's central location in the city was a plus in that it was an easy walk to Gastown and some terrific restaurants. And for getaway day, the train to the airport has a stop right across the street from the hotel. The Four Seasons is the hotel for any of my further travels to Vancouver!

I am a frequent global business traveller and always stay in 4/5 star hotels. First, the really good: the downtown location is excellent, staff is excellent, and the bar/restaurant is excellent. Everything is clean and functional, as would be expected. The bad: price is far too steep for what you get. The room is nice, but I've stayed in much nicer hotels in Vancouver for much less. Be Wary: the "panoramic" room means that when you look at your normal, single wall window, that if you "look left and look right, then you have a panoramic view". The result was a feeling of being underhanded; especially having stayed nearby in true panoramic hotel rooms before (floor to ceiling glass across two walls). Although the hotel is very nice, I will not stay here again on my future visits to Vancouver (we live 100km away in Victoria, BC)

Our family stayed at this hotel during the Paralympics. It was a very nice hotel with great service and friendly staff. The location was central to the skyway train from the airport, as well as the bus route.

In general, all people who works in hotel is very polite and nice. Gentleman [...] at the door was really welcoming and he kindly explain parking info (valet service, public parking etc). Also [...] at the concierge help me alot when we need to find out local contact etc. Thank you soooo much!

attention to detail

Quality hotel, quiet, Four Seasons quality a bit on a modern side. Recently renovated. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. Service was fine but not Four Seasons quality. No problems during stay.

The location is just unbeatable. even though you are not renting a car, you will be fine. There are bars, clubs, pizza houses and cafes within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is located on top of the City Center train station, which can take you to the Richmond and Airport YVR within 30minutes For shopping, Pacific Center is next door and a large convenient store on the other side of street, as well as other boutiques. The Robson (sp?) street isn't far either.
