The hotel’s interior is absolutely perfect — stylish, modern, and very comfortable. Cleanliness is outstanding; everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The location is wonderful and extremely convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One small area for improvement is the water pressure in the shower, which could be stronger. Also, unfortunately, my message on Expedia about a birthday arrangement wasn’t replied to in advance, so the setup wasn’t ready upon arrival. Overall, it’s a great hotel with excellent standards — just a few small tweaks could make it perfect.

A Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Downtown Vancouver

This hotel is rather new to Vancouver, the result of an extensive renovation of a former officer-building, is a ‘breath of fresh air’ for the fire town district. The lobby, halls and rooms are beautifully finished and the bathrooms and beds are top-quality. The staff is very efficient, courteous and accommodating. The main floor cafe has excellent breakfast and lunch menus and service. Given the high taxes for tourist accommodations (which substantially inflate the prices) in Vancouver, the three-night stay was reasonably priced. The location is very close to the main tourist sites and shopping.
