Total floor area: 109 m² including sloping ceilings. Private outdoor area (ping-pong table, trampoline, garden furniture). Washing machine and dryer in the garage on the ground floor which also allows you to store skis and bicycles. Private parking for 3 cars. This chalet, located 1 km from the resort center and shops, allows families or friends to get together for a weekend or a stay. The mezzanine is converted into a relaxation area with a television, games and books, to the delight of children! Not forgetting the trampoline and ping-pong, installed outside in the summer. During the tourist seasons, a shuttle is available to facilitate your travels. Overlooking the road to the mythical Col du Galibier, fans of the Petite Reine will have a ringside seat to cheer on the Tour de France riders! Otherwise, the balcony and the garden offer a breathtaking view of the village of Valloire and the surrounding mountains.
