Detached house on 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room. 1st floor: living room, kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with bathroom (shower) and balcony, 1 cabin bedroom (2 x 2 bunk beds), separate WC. 2nd floor: mezzanine with children's play area, 2 bedrooms with balcony (2 single beds / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom (bathtub and WC). Ski room with electric boot dryer (in summer, room for bicycles and for 2 motorcycles). Beautiful detached house located 200 m from the Moulin Benjamine chairlift and 1 km from the Valloire shopping center (shuttle 150 m away) in a residential area, near the road to the Galibier pass. Very comfortable with a living room with large bay windows. Large plot of land with garden furniture, barbecue, trampoline and swing. Very beautiful open view of the valley and the Galibier massif.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
