The Casa Pecosa bought in 2006 and restored piece by piece.
It is nestled between the Canary houses, with nice German and Canarian neighbors.
The result is a beautifully furnished house that nothing leaves something to be desired.
House and apartment can be rented separately.
House: 2 nice big double room
A bright bathroom (toilet, sink, urinal and bath).
Between the two rooms is the spacious kitchen, which is also the entrance area as well as access to the patio.
Apartment: 1 double, 1 single, 1 small kitchen 1 open living area and a large sun terrace.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
Equipment:
Sunbeds, washing machine, wi-fi, TV, charcoal grill, gas grill, heating, air conditioning units, refrigeration and freezer. Everything is there.
The house is ideal for self catering.
By car it is about 5-7 minutes to the sea and to the shops.
A small supermarket is just around the corner.
Walking down Fürt a beautiful way one should visit times.
500 m from the house is the Bar "La Viscaina" which has an incredible view and offers an excellent Cabra (Goat).
Down in the village there is everything your heart desires,
Gastronomy, shops, banks, what you just so exhausted.
The house is located on a hiking trail (el cercado).
to approximately 420 meters above sea level, there are about 60 steps to the house.
Here you can relax really well.
Should be ourselves because, for information only, we have a dog "Gerda".
Gerda is very sweet and quiet.

Süßes Häuschen in spektakulärer Berglage
Sehr nettes und atmosphärisches Haus, sehr kanarisch eingerichtet mit Innenhof und schönem Blick in die Berge. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand (10min). Das Haus hat einen schönen Innenhof und eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Ein Traum … Zur Ausstattung muss man aber sagen, dass Einiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wie z.B. die Küche und die Armaturen. Die Pflanzen in den Töpfen im Innenhof sind verwelkt und es gibt Rumpelecken mit Krimskrams. Wir hätten auch eine richtige Kaffeemaschine gebrauchen können…Haus und Garten benötigen insgesamt ein bisschen „care“. dass

Tolles Haus in Lomo di Balo
Wir können Connys Haus nur empfehlen! Conny ist super nett und das Haus ist super gemütlich. Wir hatten das Glück eine längere Zeit hier verbringen zu könnnen.
Lage: Das Haus liegt recht weit oben im Tal des Valle Gran Rey in Lomo di Balo. Die Lage ist wunderschön, denn man hat einen tollen Blick runter in das Tal und es ist super ruhig. Was man beachten sollte: Oben ist es recht kühl und auch mal etwas wolkiger als unten. Auch muss man muss von der Straße aus einige Treppen steigen. Das sollte man beachten (zB beim Einkauf muss man recht steil bergauf). Dennoch uns hat es super gefallen so verwunschen zu wohnen und sich eher wie einheimisch zu fühlen als unten im Touristen Strand Hot Spot. Hier oben starten viele Wanderwege, ein nettes Restaurant (Macondo) ist fußläufig und man kann auch zur Bushaltestelle laufen. Dennoch ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
Das Haus: Das Haus ist recht groß und hat einen abgetrennten Bereich für Gäste mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer Wohnküche, der andere Teil ist meist nicht vermietet und ist privat von Conny. Beide Teile sind sehr seperat so dass man ganz privat ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Im Patio (nach hinten raus) kann man sehr nett draußen sitzen.
Conny ist super hilfsbereit und nett. Wir fanden es ganz klasse und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar
Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Ortsrand im oberen Valle Gran Rey, das Wandern beginnt direkt vor der Tür. Ein Auto ist aus meiner Sicht unentbehrlich. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es gibt sogar richtige Bettdecken , was hier oben durchaus angenehm ist wenn draußen mal wieder der Wind pfeift Man sieht an jeder Ecke, daß hier jemand mit viel Liebe und Sachverstand für sich selbst renoviert hat. Absolut empfehlenswert für Leute die gerne Ruhe haben und auf Party vor der Tür verzichten können.

Uriges Ferienhaus in traditioneller Bauweise
Zur relativ ruhigen, landschaftlich herrlichen Insel passte für uns genau dieses Haus! Auch wenn man Einkäufe und andere Sachen vom Mietauto etliche Teppen bis zum Haus hoch bringen musste - man wird dadurch richtig eins mit dem Königstal und lebt (fast) in der Art und Weise, wie die Generationen zuvor.
Ein schöner kleiner Innenhof und ein großes Flachdach gaben uns ein weites Raumgefühl, mehr als es sonst das Haus allein bietet. Man kann sogar gut auf dem Flachdach schlafen.
Mit dem Mietauto ist man schnell die 4 km zum Strand runtergefahren oder über die vielen Serpentinen zu allen Punkten der Insel.
Für uns die richtige Wahl - im Hotel direkt am Strand kann ja jeder wohnen - aber mehr Inselflair gibt`s hier in 400 m Höhe im Königstal. Manchmal ziehen Wolken vor dem Fenster vorbei oder Wird kommt über den Bergkamm. Im Sommer ist es deshalb auch nicht so heiß wie in Höhe des Meeres.
Unsere klare Empfehlung für alle, die nicht den Service eines Hotels brauchen und stattdessen lieber die Insel "erleben" wollen und sich auch mitfreuen, wenn mal ein schöner Gekko an der Küchenwand hochläuft.

Perfekt!
Das Haus ist superschön - alles so wie in den Beschreibungen dargestellt. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, gut erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit! Vor Ort gab es mehrere sehr nette Nachbarn, die wir kontaktieren konnten.
Das Haus liegt ca. 4 km entfernt von Valle Gran Rey und auf ca. 400 Meter Höhe. Die Umgebung ist wirklich traumhaft. Je nach Wetterlage kann durchaus etwas mehr Bewölkung auftreten als in Valle Gran Rey selbst. Dafür gibt es hier Ruhe pur... und falls es mal zu frisch wird, in ca. 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto unten im Ort (ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil).
Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Haus können wir 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Gerne wieder!
Das Haus, idyllisch gelegen im oberen Valle Gran Rey (Ortsteil Viscaina), ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele wunderschöne Wanderungen. Für die Selbstverpflegung, Strandbesuche o.ä. ist ein Mietwagen hilfreich, macht ja aber ohnehin auf Gomera Sinn, da der ÖPNV nicht für den Tourismus ausgelegt ist. An die Enge der Seitenstraßen gewöhnt man sich.
Das Haus selbst ist hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, TV, WLAN, nutzbare Waschmaschine, Heizung (haben wir im November nicht gebraucht), Badewanne und und und.
Die Vermieter sind zuverlässig erreichbar und unkompliziert. Sehr angenehm. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank für unseren wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Casa Pecosa. Die Wohnung ist äußerst liebevoll und gut ausgestattet, das Bad sehr schön und die Zimmer und Einrichtung gemütlich.

Charmante Unterkunft im oberen Valle
Unser Aufenthalt bei Peter war superschön und alles hat sehr gut geklappt:
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war angenehm und Peter hat uns bei allen unseren Anliegen unterstützt. Das Haus ist total liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt wirklich alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Haus liegt im oberen Valle und hat ab Mittags oft Sonne und man kann auch sehr schön dort abhängen, für kalte Nächte gibt es eine Heizung. Ins Tal braucht man circa eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto (auf das man nicht verzichten könnte). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen...und machen das hoffentlich auch! Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Ein so wundervolles Haus, eine traumhafte lage! Peter und Conny haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen!
Man sieht ja schon auf den Bildern, wie liebevoll die Unterkunft eingerichtet ist. In echt ist alles wirklich mindestens genau so schön. Die beiden sind unglaublich freundlich und unkompliziert. Das haus ist supersauber und befindet sich in traumhafter lage: nicht direkt im Ort Valle, sondern etwas abseits in der Natur, was einem einen herrlichen Ausblick und ruhe und Erholung ermöglicht und dennoch alles gut erreichen lässt.
Es gibt zwei Außenbereiche/Terrassen, die wir abwechselnd genutzt haben.
Peter hat sich noch vor unserer Ankunft um ein auto zu günstigen Konditionen gekümmert, was alles supereasy gemacht hat!
Gerdi (der Hund) ist einfach nur lieb und hat so viel zur Freude beigetragen!
Alles in einem ist es wirklich empfehlenswert! Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen und empfehle sie zu dem guten preis-leistungsverhältnis soo ruhigen Gewissens und ohne Abstriche weiter!!!
