If you reading this review let me strongly suggest - find another hotel!! As the reviews have noted, it’s not worth the headache.
Shortly after check in we learned there was NO internet, NO pool, NO drinkable water, and NO hot water! I understand the pool has been closed for a long time. The hotel should have notified us before we arrived. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. What good are pictures and hotel information on Orbitz if they are all lies??!
Though we paid a hefty amount for this hotel you would think they are scrounging for their last peso. The only two chaise lounges by the closed pool are in desperate need of repair. There is a nice sun deck on the second floor however there is not one chair, table, umbrella, or chaise to be found.
There was a water cooler but unfortunately it was broken. The hotel should have left us a ten cent bottle of water in our room since there was no drinkable water.
And for Heavens sake leave a hand towel by the sink!
Two of the four days there was NO HOT WATER!!! No warm water!!! Just what were we paying for??? It was like staying in an abandoned hotel.
Dear Hotel Management - don’t belittle me by offering some kind of lame apology. Apologizing does nothing! You not only cheated my family and I out of money but you really hurt our vacation. You should have been up front with regard to your closed pool and other issues. I can only hope you contact us returning some of our money!!!
