tutto molto bene e pensato nel dettaglio La casa ha tutto quel che serve e spazi ampi (tavolo grande, stoviglie in ottime condizioni, posate più che sufficienti, materassi e piumini in buono/ottimo stato). Unico neo è la stradina di accesso: se ghiacciata risulta complessa la risalita (una volta la mia auto con trazione anteriore si è fermata e ho dovuto montare le catene per un tratto ghiacciato lungo solo tre metri - forse con un adulto forzuto avremmo potuto risolvere con una spinta)

Appartamento pulito e in zona tranquilla

Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento sulla piattaforma VRBO un po' casualmente. La proprietaria risponde sempre, velocemente, con cortesia e attenzione a risolvere le situazioni o i dubbi, non solo in fase di prenotazione ma anche durante il soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina in zona molto tranquilla. Non vi è ascensore, ma le scale sono ampie e semplici e anche per anziani. E' ben pulito e perfettamente in ordine. Dotato di tutto quanto necessario al soggiorno, tranne la biancheria da letto e da bagno. I locali sono tutti ampi e luminosi (di più di quanto sembra nelle foto pubblicate oggi nel profilo dell'appartamento). L'ingresso è ben pensato anche per le stagioni invernali con attaccapanni e zona per lasciare le scarpe. Il soggiorno e la cucina sono nello steso ambiente molto ampio (c'è spazio abbondante per far giocare i bambini). Qui c'è un divano letto a due posti. E' presente un balcone con vista verso il bosco (ovest) e la valle, con ampia finestratura. La camera da letto è molto grande, infatti ci stanno comodamente un letto matrimoniale, un letto a castello, armadio e cassettiera, possono essere riposte anche le valigie. Il bagno è grande e dotato di vasca. La cucina, oltre a essere ampia è anche dotata di ogni elemento utile e tutto è pulito con attenzione. Abbiamo trovato le dotazioni per la pulizia (spugne e stracci) tutti nuovi. C'è la TV che riceve un numero più che abbondante di canali. Disponibile una lavatrice, probabilmente nuova, con stendi-panni e mollette. E' presente anche un asciugacapelli ben pulito. I letti sono dotati di piumoni (decisamente preferibili alle coperte), quindi sarebbe meglio portare con sè le lenzuola a sacco. C'è abbondanza di cuscini. Su tutti i letti si dorme bene. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento già attivo (frigo acceso, corrente attivata e acqua aperta). La proprietaria non ha potuto accoglierci, ma se avessimo avuto bisogno ci avrebbe risposto subito e ci sarebbe stata anche una persona immediatamente disponibile che conosce bene l'appartamento (non è servito, proprio perchè l'appartamento era già attivo). Abbiamo ricevuto le chiavi a casa, tramite posta nei giorni precedenti (probabilmente per una contingenza dovuta al poco preavviso della nostra prenotazione). La zona è tranquilla e i vicini sono estremamente silenziosi, gli appartamenti sono anche adeguatamente insonorizzati. Di fronte all'ingresso è presente un parcheggio riservato a tutti i condomini.
