Amenities and facilities are dated and in need of updating; cleanliness and condition of room was generally not up to expectation; parking is poorly labeled, with limited signage. The property is generally not of a five-star standard.

The location. the size of the rooms, the food and the staff were aii 5 star

Good basic hotel but minimal service and very limited restaurant options with only a few menu options The Japanese restaurant does not cater to business hours. The sports facilities were closed for renovations and there is no place to purchase snacks or small items normally found in full service hotel

The hotel is elegant, comfortable and the rooms are large with a beautiful bathroom and closet space

Good hotel, They need more people working there, but overall very good

The service is amazing. The staff is available to answer any question, the japanese restaurant is top in service and food. I would highly recommend it.

The best hotel in Valencia, and It's one of my favorite hotels!!!!

Very nice, modern, clean hotel! Rooms are fantastic! Not the best location in the city, however in Valencia all central hotels are much worse. Not enough staff!! Concierge working like a bellboy for example was not knowledgeable.

Excellent hotel, very good facilities, very polite well trained staff, really a pleasure to stay. Location is very good, even though there are not many restaurants around at walking distance.

Beautiful, as expected. Location is good, not great. But really? Do they need the extra 10 euros to use the pool. 5 star atmosphere at fair room rate but 10 star prices on everything else. Food and drinks at price gouging prices. I could buy a bottle of Glenn Livett for what I paid for 2 glasses and paella with sangria for 4 at La Pepica for the price of 2 breakfasts.10 euro to use pool? Yes, I might stay here again, but just to sleep.

The Westin is as expected, a very nice hotel. Two complaints. 1) Their average quality food and drinks are incredibly pricey, considering the great food and drinks available locally. 2)Do they really need to charge to use the pool, really? This would be a five star if they didn't gouge the patron at every chance. We will not stay at a Westin again. We stayed at another chain in Barcelona and Seville which we will definitely use again.

Anybody who wants to experience Valencia this is THE HOTEL to stay. It is close to every where you want to go. Very helpful staff.

Very comfortable modern hotel built inside a classic 1921 building. The staff was uniformly freindly and helpful and the setting was delightful. Large rooms and excellent service.

Excellent!
