This hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating .very understaffed. It takes for ever to check in and check out because there is often one person only at the desk . It took us 45 minutes to check in . Staff would not allow us to have a piece of cake in the llobby, the wifi is very weak . Breakfast buffet is good. The Melia hotel just across the road is a much better choice.

very easy to get there from Renfe train station. less than $10 taxi ride. most important, it is very close to the conference hall,

Hotel rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The location is easy to reach by car (not in the city). Two lines of the metro are within 10 minutes walking. Some restaurants nearby. Perfect free WiFi. Got a great deal regarding the room rate.

All was Ok. Room is very good, and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I recommend everybody.

We stay here every year for a conference. Excellent value, world class hotel, totally underpriced. Get the room upgraded it is still a bargain.

Staff is great, beautiful hotel with all the amenities, I recommend renting a car and getting to the beach or aquarium. Two years straight, went to a conference there, this year I brought the family (wife + 3 boys 1,7 & 9) and the family suite was excellent for the troupe. Parking was 17 Euros a day, but the room price more than made up for it. Food in area is excellent, including breakfasts at the hotel, and the dinner restaurant.

Location is excellent if you are going to the convention center, however not walking distance from downtown or the "city of arts and science" area. However the on/off tour bus makes a stop there so that is convenient. The room rate is good on nights when the are not busy; we got a rate of $59 (no breakfast) on a Wednesday, but Thurs and Fri were $120/night (with breakfast). If we weren't going for a convention we would have stayed closer to the city center.

The front desk staffs were really good. The breakfast were great!

The Hotel staff should make it their point to speak English as well, especially Conceirge and front desk! No one understood me! The carpet in the rooms was stained and very outdated and work more on cleanliness of interior rooms! Amenities overall - very good for the value and very conventient location

The hotel was comfortable and appealing, despite the stained carpets. Really liked the large bath tub. The wi-fi only works in the lobby, but at least there is ample seating. We enjoyed the fitness center. It is larger than most. There was also a squash court, but we didn't have equipment to use it.

Beautiful new facility. Pool and fitness center first rate. Staff exceptionally professional and helpful. For the tourist - quite a ways from the city center but subway close.

The hotel was not in a central location like it advertises. It is very far from central Valencia, about a 30 minute bus or train ride. The staff is unfriendly, especially to those who do not speak Spanish. No one speaks English, including the manager, which is sad since as a hotel everyone there should speak at least two langages even if its not English. The hotel is not clean we watched the cleaning lady wipe off all the furniture with the same rag she used to clean the floor and the the inside of the trash can. There is nothing to do near the hotel. It has one resturant near it that closes at like ll and one bar that never had more that 2 people in it. There room services is not 24 hrs, if you want hot food atleast and it is over priced. If you are planning to vacation to Valencia this is not the hotel for you to say in. The service is horrible and they dont even carry irons...lol

The rooms were nice and quiet although not large. No restaurants in the area. Staff did not seem interested in providing any information and was not overly friendly. When I went to front desk to ask about wifi not working I was told it was my fault, the problem was with my computer. That is incorrect, I'm a network engineer - the problem is that their network is underpowered and provide coverage only in a few spotty areas of the hotel.

I was attending a meeting in the congress centre right next door, and found the location invaluable. Rooms are comfortable and nice, with huge bathrooms. Friendly service, even from the non-English speaking staff.
