Check in very late at night is NOT a problem, if you don't have another choice. So, YOU will be always well welcome anytime.


The apartment is located in the center of Valencia. It´s well communicated by tube or by bus.it´s located in a quiet street, where you´ll be able to find without any problem free parking around. You will love my place because of its cosiness, location (Zone 1), transport links ( buses and underground) are only 2 minutes from the apartment. Lines 3 and 5 of the underground will take you directly from the airport to the apartment or to the same city center or, even to the beach ( to the famouse Malvarrosa beach or Arenas beach). There are only 2 stops from the apartment to the the city center.

It´s located in an interesting neighbourhood with cafes, supermarkets, bakery, big market -mercado de Castilla (where you will be able to find fresh vegetables, meat, fish and more). And, also, you´ll enjoy walking and buying in the big street market that celebrates every wenesday just downstairs the apartment. On the other hand, if you feel like looking for more fun you can go to the big Turia´s store center, which is only a few minutes walking, and where you will be able to find all kind of shops and brands, cinema and a big supermarket store (Carrefour). Biopark is also a few minutes walking from the apartment.

Modern and Stylish apartment. It is on the 5th floor of a building with lift. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel as confortable as you were at your own home. My house is good for couples, business traveleres, families with or without kids and groups of friends.

The apartment has a spacious and bright open living room with balcony and a sofa bed for two guests, where you can eat, watch TV or use my own computer with internet. WIFI is provided for the whole apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and great for coocking. It has has a sitting room to eat and drink. The kitchen has washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and everyting necessary for coocking and having meal.

Two charming confortable and quiet bedrooms can be taken for 4 people:

- 1 bedroom has a double bed.

- 2-bedroom......... has two single beds.

*BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.

*Plesase, note it is a 5th floor flat on a quiet side street, just of main street, excelent location and good night sleep.

Two bathroom are also fully equipped.

PLEASE, READ SOME IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

- Check in is FLEXIBLE, but , please, NOTE;

- Check out at 11:00 am.
- Late check in fee - 35€ ( for arrivals after 21:00)
- Late check in fee - 60€ ( for arrivals after 23:00)

- LOUD MUSIC and PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED ( please, respect neighbours).
- No smoking.
- No other PEOPLE other than authorised by me.
* If any of thouse house rules were broken, I shall be entitled to request the guest and the rest of people with him/her to leave the apartment without the right to claim any king of compesation. And if the neighbours have to call the police, I will have the right to request to all the guests to leave the apartment without any refund.

- Feel free to use kitchen facilities if you wish to (Clean after yourself please).

Este apartamento está situado en el centro de Valencia y sólo necesitarás 4 o 5 minutos en metro o autobús alcanzar el casco antiguo de la ciudad.
No hay problema en hacer la llegada al apartamento muy tarde en la noche. Los huéspedes siempre serán bienvenidos a cualquier hora de la noche.
Las lineas 3 y 5 de metro te llevarán directamente desde el aeropuerto al apartamento (parada avenida del Cid) o al mismo centro de la ciudad ( parada Xativa), incluso hasta la misma playa ( la populares playas de la Malvarrosa y las Arenas, cómodamente en tan sólo unos minutos.


Este moderno y estiloso apartamento para te hará sentir como si estuvieses en tu propia casa por lo prático, acogedor y silencioso. Equipado con todo lo necesario para el máximo de tu comodidad:

- 1 cocina ( todo tipo de utensilios, condimentos, productos de limpieza, etc),
- 2 baños ( jabon, champun, secador, toallas, etc)
dos dormitorios ( ropa de cama, etc)
Localizado en el centro de Valencia, en una zona super tranquila y con mucha zona de parking gratuito si viajas en coche. Dispone de lineas de bus y metro, a tan solo dos minutos, que te llevarán a la zona que desees de la ciudad, eso si no te apetece ir andando hasta el mismo centro en tan solo 15 minutos.
Dispones de multiples supermercados donde hacer tus compras: mercadona o consum.
A apenas 2 minutos esta el mercado de Castilla que de lunes a sabado y donde podras comprar los productos más frescos de la huerta valenciana desde hortalizas, frutas, carnes, embutidos. Asi las diferentes puestos de pescaderias que te ofrecen una amplia seleccion de pescados del mar Mediterraneo que baña la costa valenciana.
Si deseas ir de comprar o a una gran superficie comercial, tienes el centro comercial gran Turia a tan sólo unos minutos del apartamento, donde podras desde ir al cine, comprar en la diversas tiendas y firmas de ropa, comer en los diversos restaurantes o llenar tu carro de la compra en Carrefour.
Las lineas de metro te llevaran directamente al centro en apenas cinco minutos o al aeropuerto o la playa por unos minutos mas, con la comodidad de no tener que hacer ningun tipo de transbordo.

- La hora del Check in es FLEXIBLE.
- La hora del Check out a las 11:00 am.


La hora de check in es totalmente flexible, pero hay que tener en cuenta que las llegadas a partir de las 11;00pm llevarán un suplemento de 60€, que será abonado al hacer el check in. Y que para las llegadas a partir de las 21:00pm llevarán un suplemento de 35€, que será abonado al hacer el check in.

A tu llegada, sera necesario un documento de identidad oficial de todas las personas que vayan a hospedarse en el apartamento.

Se pedirá al huesped un depósito de 200 € el dia check in, que se devolverá el día del check out.
