Chill out location extroadinaire

We spent 2 weeks here and really enjoyed the quiet remote beautiful location with the pool used every day. Vitor was the perfect host and we felt like the house was ours for our time there. Recommended.

I would give this 10 stars if I could!!

This house was absolutely beautiful and in such a serene and peaceful location we didn't want to leave. You follow a twisty road to the very top of a valley to find it. The pool was awesome and we spent 2 days of a heat wave hanging out there and in the air-conditioned family room. Outside in the pool area there are lovely plants and trees with a fruity fragrance that I was never able to identify. It was so relaxing we may come back to Portugal just to stay in this house longer!

Un lugar para desconectar en la naturaleza

Hemos pasado la última semana de Agosto en la vivienda de Vitor y Paula. La casa se ajusta perfectamente a la descripción y las fotos. Muy limpia y muy bien equipada. La zona de la piscina es de 10, para disfrutar de días de relax con un agua templada estupenda. El piso superior se inunda de luz y tiene unas vistas preciosas. El entorno es pura naturaleza, sin embargo desplazarse a cualquier punto relevante de la zona como Oporto o Aveiro, requiere de un trayecto lleno de curvas que por la noche se hace difícil (supongo que no estamos acostumbrados). Como ya he comentado la casa es estupenda y muy nueva, en varias estancias los techos están revestidos de madera; esto hace que el contraste entre la temperatura de fuera y la de dentro la madera "cruja", hace ruido por dilatación del material. Durante la mañana suena pero con el trajín y al hacer vida fuera de la casa el sonido pasa desapercibido; pero por la noche, en el silencio , se oye notablemente. Para mi este ha sido el aspecto negativo de nuestra estancia en la casa. Puede que en mi caso tenga un sueño ligero o un oido muy sensible; pero me ha costado conciliar el sueño durante nuestra semana de vacaciones . Por lo demás todo estupendo; Vitor y Paula muy atentos, aunque nuestra entrada en la vivienda se demoró un poco. Quitando los inconvenientes ya mencionados esta semana hemos descubierto una zona muy bonita de Portugal.

Maison idéale, au calme et hôte au top

Location été en famille et amis. Nous avons adoré cette location, pleine de charme et idéalement au calme. Seul bémole un peu éloigné du centre ville mais cela en fait aussi son charme. Maison très bien équipé, et très très propre à notre arrivé, piscine grande et propre. Les hôtes sont charmant et très à l'écoute. Parle français donc pratique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Superbes vacances !

Logement spacieux au calme, loin de la foule touristique. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine, du barbecue, des fêtes de village voisines. De belles rencontres au cœur de la vie portugaise qui nous on permis de découvrir des bars/restos insolites (Merci Armando) et la culture de la délicieuse myrtille par Carlos.

Super vakantiehuis

Heel mooi vakantiehuis. Ligging boven op een berg met een mooi uitzicht. Groot en proper zwembad met daarrond kunstgras. Een buitenkeuken met BBQ, frigo en spoelbak. Het huis is heel goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en het contact verliep heel vlot. Het huis is wel wat afgelegen van winkels en restaurants. Maar dat wisten we op voorhand. De ideale plaats om weg van de drukte tot rust te komen.
