Ancient renovated house located in the heart of the village. Typical hamlet of Maurienne. Very quiet. Beautiful vaulted living room. Decoration. Cottage warm and pleasant. Small patio access with garden located across the lane furniture. Located 7 km from Termignon/Val Cenis Vanoise area (ski area with 125 km of slopes). 100m from the Nordic plateau of Bramans Val d'Ambin and 12 km from the Nordic area of the Monolith of Sardières / Aussois. Privileged location in Haute-Maurienne at the gates of the Vanoise National Park, in a preserved valley with larch forests and meadows. Magnificent walks and hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers, with the GR5 Chemin du Petit Bonheur 100 m from the cottage. Important baroque and military heritage through the Chemins du Baroque. On the Route des Grandes Alpes, prestigious tourist and mountain road roaming through the great mythical alpine passes with passage to Italy. Ideal for cyclos & motorcycles!
