Description inaccurate, uncared for

1. No towels or bedding provided and when contacted host they told us to go out to buy our own. 2. no air conditioning which was in the description 3. Pool was dirty and not cleaned by the hosts despite being there for 14 days 4.garden chairs so old likely to break at any time. Host did not respond to any of our comments/complaints. Escalated through VRBO and still no attempt by host to rectify in terms of apology or partial refund. Very expensive for what it it. Needs care and upgrading.

Das Haus ist von der Lage her fantastisch, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum von Vaisonla Romaine, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung ohne großen Durchgangsverkehr. Der Blick auf den Mont Ventoux vom Pool (für die Kinder ideal da sie bei einer Tiefe von 1,10m stehen konnten) aus ist genial. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, was uns wegen unserem Hund sehr gelegen kam, und man hat sogar eine eigene Auf- und Abfahrt, beides mit einem Tor gesichert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn man eine Frage hat. Man sollte sich allerdings im klaren sein, dass es kein WLAN gibt (im Haus auch nur wenig Empfang) und auch keine Klimaanlage, was uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Die Möblierung könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen (sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert) und neue Matratzen wären auch nicht verkehrt. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Raumaufteilung der Schlafzimmer im 1. OG etwas speziell ist, da das 1. Schlafzimmer quasi eine Art Durchgangszimmer ist und man von da in das 2 SZ gelangt und auch Bad und WC von dort abgehen. Für uns mit 2 Kindern jetzt weniger tragisch, aber mit 4 Erwachsenen geht man da schon ziemlich auf Tuchfühlung. Fazit: Klasse Haus für den Preis mieiner top Lage, ein Stern Abzug wegen der Raumaufteilung.

Ferienhaus wie erwartet.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Haus war so wie erwartet und sehr gut in Schuss. Der Hinweis auf die wenig räumlich getrennten Betten muss unbedingt berücksichtigt werden. Da gibt es weinig Privatsphäre. Ein paar mehr Blumen, etwas Rasen und Wein an der Pergola, würden das Haus sehr aufwerten.

Propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire et la piscine est un vrai plus, idéal pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée . La maison est très bien située, au calme mais à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Excellent séjour, je recommande.

L'emplacement de la maison et la vue imprenable sur le mont Ventoux ont été le cadre d'un excellent séjour dans cette très belle région. La maison est très bien équipée (sauf les barbecues un peu légers), la piscine agréable en fin d'après midi. Bémol, l'une des pièces faisant office de chambre n'est pas cloisonnée, ce qui nuit à l'intimité pour 2 couples. En revanche pour une famille avec 2 grands enfants, c'est parfait. Pour finir, un excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires très sympathiques.

Great Vacation

The property is in an excellent location in a very quiet area on the edge of the town but still only a 15 minute stroll to the centre. Vaison is lovely with lots of restaurants (Fred’s Bistro is excellent) and a great weekly market. We had a warm welcome from Michel and his wife and had 3 great weeks in the accommodation There are miles of walks along quiet roads lined with grape vines All in all a great place to stay

Mooie nette woning, spik en span onderhouden, op een zeer goede locatie. Rustig gelegen en mooie tuin, net zwembad, alles aanwezig. Enig minpunt is dat de geïncorporeerde benedenkamer/studio gesloten is, dit terwijl je de ganse woning huurt en er boven eigenlijk maar 1 slaapkamer is ipv 2. Dus dat kan nog aangepast worden in toekomstige verhuur. Voor de rest, zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die heel begaan zijn. Het is een dikke aanrader voor wie in de regio verblijft.

Les chambres

Il est mentionné deux chambres. C'est exact mais il n'est pas précisé qu'il faille traverser l'une pour accéder à la deuxième! De plus, la deuxième n'a aucun rangement et l'armoire est dans celle qu'il faut traverser... Donc, c'est le soir sans réveiller ceux qui se couchent tôt ou se lève tard qu'il faut préparer les vêtement du lendemain et les descendre dans le séjour. Pas du tout pratique pour une location à 1 200 euros la semaine... Même si c'est devenu légal, les toilettes qui ouvrent dans la cuisine et dans une chambre, c'est pas top. Pour le reste, piscine extra et ombre sous le auvent très pratique.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, bien agencée, fraîche, très bien située : au calme tout en étant proche du centre (10 min à pied). Très belle vue également. Propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et sympathiques. Engagement respecté. Très belle région, belles randonnées, bons restos, habitants très accueillants, chouette centre avec de beaux magasins. Des vacances très agréables.

Nous avons passé de parfaites vacances á tous points de vue avec notre chien. La description de la villa ainsi que les appréciations des locataires précédents correspondent parfaitement. Une vue magnifique sur le Ventoux même á partir de notre lit. Le centre-ville ainsi que les grandes surfaces sont très proches. La villa, le terrain et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour leur locataires, ce qui est très agréable. On ce sent comme chez nous. Nous avons su profiter de la terrasse couverte trés bien exposé. Même le jour que le Tour de France n'a pas su monter au sommet du Ventoux á cause du mistral nous nous étions assis sur la terrasse sans aucun ennui du vent. Ce qui est un atout dans la région. Nous avons déjà pris la décision d'y retourner.

La maison est bien située : au calme mais à proximité du centre de Vaison (10 mn à pied). Le terrain est grand et très agréable : la terrasse couverte protège du mistral et permet de manger à l'ombre quelle que soit l'heure, avec une belle vue sur le Mont Ventoux. Pour plus de fraîcheur, on peut s'installer sous l'ombre des arbres à l'arrière de la maison. Le vaste espace bien aménagé autour de la piscine ainsi que les transats permettent de bronzer en toute tranquillité. Le gîte est propre, bien entretenu et il n'y manque rien comme équipement. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais attentionnés (nous avons notamment apprécié la confiture maison et la bouteille de vin offerts en cadeau de bienvenue). Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Mooi huisje met prachtig zicht op de Mont Ventoux

Net terug van een mooi verlof in dit huisje in Vaison-La-Romaine. Bij aankomst stond de vriendelijke eigenaar ons op te wachten. Waarna we direct werden rond geleid in het huisje. Alles is er aanwezig om een prachtig verlof te hebben : - verzorgd huis - zwembad - uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux vanaf het terras - dicht bij winkels en stad - prachtige streek We zijn regelmatig aan het huisje gebleven en hebben genoten van het zicht en het zwembad. Vaison-la-Romain is zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Verder hebben we ook de prachtige dorpen Gordes en Rousillion. Ook het stadje Isle-sur-la-Sorgues is de moeite waard. Voor liefhebbers van Provencaalse markten is dit DE STREEK. Nyons en Vaison-La-Romain hebben prachtige markten. Nyons is ook een zeer aangenaam stadje. Om een lang verhaal kort te maken: de beschrijving van het huisje klopt net zoals de beschrijving van de streek. Een aanrader.

Huis met zicht op Mont Ventoux vanuit zwembad

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die ons stond op te wachten bij aankomst. Eerste indruk was er één van absolute tevredenheid over de ligging van het huis, dicht bij stad, prachtig uitzicht op de Mont Ventoux, leuk zwembad en proper huisje. We hebben de ganse week buiten geleefd want het was continue prachtweer. En vooral van het zwembad genoten. De streek is zeker de moeite waard. Deze maal hebben we volgende dorpen bezocht : Gordes, Rousillion en L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Alle 3 prachtig. In Vaison-La-Romain zelf is er ook van alles te doen en zijn er zeer goede restaurants. De Patio is zeker een aanrader. Een zeer geslaagde vakantie in een perfect huisje met zwembad.

A recommander !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette location. Excellente situation à seulement 10 minutes à pied des arènes tout en restant au calme. Vue imprenable sur le Ventoux depuis la terrasse. Terrain totalement clôturé et sécurisé. Idéal pour les enfants. La maison dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire et est très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés. Ils prennent à cœur que le séjour de leurs hôtes se déroule parfaitement. Merci encore à M. Chovet pour l'excellent pot de confiture "maison" qu'il nous a offert. Nous recommandons vivement !

Le descriptif et les photos correspondent parfaitement à cette belle location. La région est magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants et nous confient vraiment leur maison où rien ne manque. L'emplacement est un atout car proche du centre et des commerces de proximité tout en étant au calme en pleine campagne, au milieu des vignes et des vergers. La vue est magnifique, notamment sur le Ventoux ! L'orientation est bien pensée car il est possible de déjeuner à l'abri d'un éventuel coup de vent sur la terrasse couverte face au Ventoux ou bien à l'ombre sous les arbres à côté des vignes. Le terrain entièrement clos est sécurisant notamment pour notre fille de 4 ans qui a grandement profité de tous les coins ombragés. A noter l'absence de vis à vis. La piscine est une plus-value incontestable face à la campagne et nos filles ont grandement apprécié cet espace avec la terrasse et les chaises longues. Nous avons également pu recevoir notre famille dans le studio indépendant qui est très vaste et suffisamment équipé. Je serais ravi d'y revenir et je recommande cette adresse aux personnes sérieuses qui aiment le calme. Le rafraîchissement et l'accueil ont été appréciés ainsi que les délicates attentions lors du séjour.

Vacances idéales en famille

Maison clôturée très bien entretenue au milieu des vignes et à 10' à pied de Vaison. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement. Belle piscine à l'abri du mistral orientée plein sud avec vue splendide sur le Ventoux. Possibilités de belles promenades ou de belles sorties pour les adeptes de jogging ou de trail. Propriétaires très attentionnés, sympathiques et charmants.
