The gentleman at the front desk provided some of the best service I have had in years. He was there when we arrived, he was there every day, and he was there when we left. The Willows at Vail exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we loved how walkable everything was — just steps from a great selection of restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and only a short, effortless stroll to the lifts. It’s rare to find a spot this central in Vail that still feels peaceful and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the location made it incredibly easy to enjoy the mountain and village without ever needing a car. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be at the heart of the action!

Great condo close to everything.

The property is in a wonderful location a block from Vail Village and is within a 5 minute walk to everything. The unit is in great condition, is well stocked, and has everything you need for a visit. The property also has the biggest hot tub I've ever seen. The property manager made the rental process easy and the concierges (Monika and Melissa) were incredible and took care of all my special requests. Even though I stayed for a month, I wasn't ready to leave and I'll be renting here again for sure.
