This 2 BR/2 full BA condo is ideally located literally just a 2 minute walk to Golden Peak ski school and the Riva Bahn Express lift and only a 3-4 minute walk to Gondola One and Vail Village. 2 on-site parking passes are included in the rental for your convenience. This cute lower level (semi-basement) apartment/condo was fully remodeled down to the studs in the Summer and comes equipped with brand new appliances, a washer/dryer and 3 TV's. With ~ 900sf of living space, the smaller bedrooms and living area are ideally suited to a family of 4 or 5 willing to sacrifice a little space for the convenience of being SUPER close to the ski slopes and walking distance to Vail Village. You are within easy walking distance of all of Vail's world renown restaurants, bars and nightlife. The unit features high speed internet together with a large 65" Smart TV in the Living Room (over 150 channels via Xfinity Cable TV, Apple TV, Netflix, You Tube etc.) plus an additional 43" Smart TV in the Master and a 32" Smart TV in the Secondary Bedroom. The brand new open plan kitchen features a large Island with 4 bar stools and all brand new appliances. The home is well equipped with all of the utilities you need should you decide to stay in and cook at home. There is a small ski room area to store all of your ski & snowboard gear. There is a Dining table that opens up to seat 6 people. A pull-out sofa bed in the Living Room sleeps an additional 2 people. Queen Bed in Master/ 2 Twins in Bedroom 2/ pull-out sofa (Queen).
