The hotel has some great features, but the overall experience was underwhelming due to poor customer service and professionalism. Pros: • The hotel was clean and well-maintained. • The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. • Rooms were spacious, with good temperature control. Cons: • Check-in experience: The process was confusing. Initially, the staff insisted on a physical passport copy for check-in, but then suddenly changed their stance and said a copy of an “Adhar card” would suffice. This lack of consistency was frustrating. • Breakfast issues: The next morning, we were told we weren’t on the breakfast list. When we provided proof, the staff just took a random screenshot of our booking, which didn’t even have the hotel name on it. This raised serious concerns about their integrity and process. • Unprofessional pressure for reviews: Room cleaning staff asked for an immediate review while cleaning, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. • Lack of customer focus: Overall, the staff seemed to lack the training and understanding to ensure a seamless and professional experience for guests. Final thoughts: While the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, the lack of professionalism and customer focus leaves a lot to be desired. If management improves their processes and staff training, this could be a much better experience.

Very nice and clean hotel.

Very clean rooms. Across from Railway station and front of the bus station. So many restaurants to choose from. Front staff was friendly. Check out staff, we have to ask for the receipt. He did not offer the receipt. Breakfast was very nice for INR 180, purchase it when you book the room. Good selection on breakfast. Veg & Non-veg. Floor staff was friendly.

Excellent Sunday hotel is not only affordable it’s central safe the staff is very friendly transportation to places is very ideal. You can’t go wrong especially on your first time visit to Vadodara.
