Apesar de ter feito a reserva com um cartão Mastercard, o hotel não aceitau a bandeira na hora do pagamento. Fiquei mais de 1 hora na recepção até resolver o problema, já que eu não tinha outro cartão. Essa informação deveria estar clara no momento da reserva.
