Updated 3 bedroom open concept home with a cabin feel and over 1/4 mile off the road. Getatway from the business of life while still enjoying life's essentials. High speed internet, stainless steel appliances, laundry room with washer and dryer, big screen TV, dining table, and fire pit are all included. Main level offers 1 bedroom (with desk work space), kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and 1 full bathroom. Upstairs family room boasts a sitting area, fooseball, air hockey, board games and two 8 foot tall windows with gorgeous views of the fields and woods. Remaining 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry room are also on the upper level. Property sits right on the edge of Starve Hollow and Jackson Washington State Forest offering hiking, fishing, kayaking,/boating, mountain biking, swimming (in lake), play grounds, camping, and hunting (in season). Trails can be accessed directly from the property!

No if’s or but’s, a very nice house with the added benefit of being right next to a State Recreation area with hiking, fishing and swimming. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful

My husband and I loved our stay here. The host has created a place to truly relax & rest. Very well stocked, even had extra new toothbrushes incase you forgot yours. Loved the reading area. It rained our entire stay, but did not hamper our trip at all. There were puzzles, games, books and music. A swing and rocking chairs on the front porch, was so peaceful listening to nature and the rain. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and decorated so cute. we will definitely be back.

Family Visit

This home was perfect place to visit for my birthday. We are originally from southern Indiana and staying here was like coming home! I don’t know which we enjoyed visiting in the upstairs sitting room or out on the porch. We would love to come back, maybe to hunt mushrooms or maybe to see the fall colors!!
