This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. New metal dock purchased in 2024. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Empty the fridge of items brought with you.
Trash cans need to be emptied. There is a red garbage container at the top of the driveway for your convenience.
