Very friendly staff, hot tub wasn’t up to temp on our arrival but staff were very apologetic and we were not charged for it that evening. The Lodge was very clean, good quality bedding and toiletries.

Luxurious Lodge. Exceeded all Expectations

Its not often that you find a property that exceeds your expectations, but this certainly did. The lodge was beautiful. Extremely spacious and felt like real luxury from the minute you walk in. It was nicely furnished throughout and a super kitchen with everything you could need. Bravo to whoever was in charge of kitting out and furnishings. Your attention to detail is exceptional and definitely noted and appreciated. The bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds and the addition of complimentary robes and slippers all added to the feeling of being somewhere very luxurious. Of course the icing on the cake was our own private hot tub which was absolutely amazing in the evening as we were lucky enough to have a clear sky and a first class view of the stars as there was virtually no light pollution. It was magical.

I absolutly love the lodges. This was our 2nd year of staying at the Mole. My daughter particularly loves the hot tub. There is plenty of space to walk our dog too and an enclosed area where she can go off lead. Although this year there were a few disappointments. We were not left a doggie goodie bag, even though we had paid for our dog to stay. There were no robes in our lodge which are particularly useful when getting out the hot tub, so we struggled with drying towels for showers and hot tub usage. Also our lodge this year looked like it needed abit of maintenance/ TLC. There were black scuff marks up the stair walls and on the living area walls. A couple of our mugs were also chipped too. Minor things, but attention to detail is important when trying to give an overall impressive experience. However, all this said, i will still be returning for another visit.

What a fantastic place!

Wow, we had a 3 bedroom lodge with hot tub, and it was absolutely perfect 👌 Clean, spacious and beautiful views. Staff were very helpful, had to call as the boiler went off, they arrived promptly and fixed in 2mins. Shout out Will, great quiz and funny bingo night. Would come back in a heartbeat 💯

"Almost" perfect self catering Lodge

The lodge totally surpassed our expectations. It was spacious, well thought out and as far as self catering units go, this HAS to be the most considerate and superbly equipped. They literally have thought of everything! Bravo Moley Moley and the views are wonderful On the downside, if you get noisy neighbours be prepared to complain. We didn't appreciate being woken up in the early hours on our 1st night. The only thing that needs addressing is the squeaky floor in the double bedroom. Believe me, I'm not nit picking here either. I had to turn the TV up when my husband was getting ready as the noise carries right down into the living room. That is some squeaky flooring Moley, but a few screws in the floorboards should sort it. I've booked another stay for my Birthday but would rather stay in a different lodge next time please 😉

Our lodge was very well equipped, warm and comfortable with good beds and a great view. The pool and spa is fabulous, we enjoyed the hot tub and the restaurant in the manor house is superb. We would highly recommend the Mole Resort.

Great break away

The Mole resort was lovely, clean well laid out. It would be good for families but we attended in 2 couples. We had a lovely time. The lodges are well equipped and have everything you need. Unfortunately we did have lots of flies which made it difficult to open windows. And our checkin was 4pm but our lodge wasn’t ready until almost 4.30pm which was disappointing. We would definitely go again, it didn’t put us off.
