On the sunny side of the tourist village Punta, hidden between palms, pines and other Mediterranean vegetation, lies the wonderful Villa DANEX PREMIUM ****, in total 4 high class apartments with their own parking place, big terraces and grill place in the garden, capacity till 6 persons. All the apartments are modern designed following the EU standards and equipped with SAT-TV-LCD, phone, safe, air conditioning, coffee machine, hair dryer, microwave, Internet (free of charge). There are also an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (both with sweet water) and sun beds with umbrellas (free of charge).

Apartment for 6 Persons: living room with 1 double sofa, SAT-TV-LCD and telephone, completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, two separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, two separate bathrooms / WC with showercab and hair dryer, passage and big terrace, situated on the park or sea side. The apartment is integrally air conditioned. The size of the apartment is approximately 70 m2 (terrace included).

Half Board (buffet breakfast and dinner) is possible on request, in the restaurant of the Wellness & Spa Hotel UMAG PLAVA LAGUNA **** situated nearby, and costs 35€ per person and day. The children 02-12 years are allowed 30% price discount. The babies 00-02 years are free of charge. The food is really great and the beverages are included, so we warmly recommend it!

In the term from 20.12.-02.01. (Christmas and New Year) wellness is included in the accommodation price!

Further, in the tourist village Punta there are a supermarket, minimarket, sport center, water sports, wellness center with fitness studio, tennis courts, beach volley and minigolf, discotheque, restaurants, pastry shops, animation center, bistro, bar, children's playgrounds, souvenir shops, hairdresser and beauty salon. The well maintained pebble, rocky and paved beach is approximately 150 meters distant and the city center of Umag 2 km.

Villa DANEX PREMIUM **** is located in an unique and just ideal position: situated in a quiet tourist village Punta, away from the noise and at the same time close to the sea and the beach, not far from the center of Umag.

Villa DANEX PREMIUM **** has its own professional laundry. Washing and drying costs 20€ per machine (5 kg), as well as ironing.

The small touristic city train station is 100 meters distant from the Villa DANEX PREMIUM ****, with whom you may reach the center of Umag and all the other tourist villages (Stella Maris and Katoro). The small touristic city train ticket costs 5€ per person. The children 02-12 years are allowed 50% price discount. The babies 00-02 years are free of charge.

Urlaub im Paradies

Waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und suchten ein Apartment in Strandnähe und einer Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Umag fiel daher in die Wahl,um möglichst kurze Fahrtzeit aus Deutschland zu haben. Villa Danex Premium war dort unser Favorit, da neben dem modernen Appartement ein Pool, Whirlpool, Freisitz und Grill sowie Trampolin für die Kinder vorhanden sind (diese Einrichtungen teilt man sich mit dem anderen Appartement, ist aber kein Problem). Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und besonders Zoran Bojkovic kümmerte sich rund ums Haus und darüber hinaus zu jeder Uhrzeit (!) um alle sonstigeb Wünsche+Probleme. Sogar einen notwendigen Reifenservice und Schnelladung des E-Autos hat er im Handumdrehen gelöst. Super! Wir empfehlen Villa Danex Premium gerne weiter.

Die Bilder sind uralt und von einer anderen Wohnung! Kein Jakuzzi, dreckiges Aufstellbecken, kein Pool... Eine Wohnung wird gezeigt und 3 werden vermietet! Kein privater Jakuzzi, falls er irgendwann mal repariert wird!

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Leider viele Spinweben und nicht ganz sauber. Couch ziemlich beansprucht. Aber im großen und ganzen ok. Die Agentur hat sich wirklich bemüht unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Sie waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Nah zum Strand und Meer und in die Stadtmitte. Würden wieder buchen.

Check in bereits etwas früher als angegeben möglich. Top Abwicklung. Leider war das gebuchte Object nicht Verfügbar, was uns kurz irritierte. Alternative im selben Haus war jedoch nicht viel (wenn überhaupt) schlechter und die Kids konnten sich im Aufstellpool statt Whirpool austoben. Küche war gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nix. Großes Plus war der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkombi. Handtücher wurden auf Nachfrage nach der Hälfte der Zeit getauscht. Lage ist sowohl zum Strand als auch in d Stadt gut gelegen. Für uns ein erholsamer Urlaub. Danke

Moderne Ferienwohnung - leider schon etwas 'abgewohnt'

Die Wohnung liegt in guter Lage zum Strand (Gehzeit je nach Strandabschnitt, ca 10-15 Min). Manche Restaurants/Bars fussläufig zu erreichen - für Lokale in Umag Altstadt Rad oder Auto erforderlich. Rezeption direkt neben der Wohnung. Wohnung an sich noch relatv neu und modern - Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend. Bei Bezug war jedoch nur oberflächlich geputzt/gewischt worden (eine gründliche Nachreinugung durch uns selber, besonders Badezimmer/Dusche) war erforderlich! Auch sollten die Toilettensitze erneuert werden! Außenbereich mit 3 Liegen, Sitzgruppe und Wirlpool sehr schön. Wäscheständer fehlte.

Ruhige und komfortable FeWo

Die FeWo ist in bester, ruhiger Lage in Umag. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist gut, alles notwendige ist vorhanden, außer ein Kinderhochstuhl. Die Terrasse ist groß, der Whirlpool toll.
