One of the best hotels we stayed at on our Kyushu trip. Ukiha rest station at our door step with plenty of food options. We also enjoyed a communal meal at the common dining area and made a few new international friends . Rooms were lit and clean, service was top notch. Location is pretty central to explore kurume, the Ukiha orchards or down to Hita and even Oita . Excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the area.

It is a quite place. The room is big, clean and tidy. It is a good place for me to stay in Ukiha. The bed is big and comfortable. It is nearby the Ukiha Rest Area where I can buy fresh fruit, breakfast, tea leave, ...etc. There is a small laundry room. I didn't notice that there is tissue in the washing machine. And my clothes were come out with snow flake! I would recommend the hotel staff to have a check regularly.

Excellent service, staff is very knowledgeable for restaurants and things to do nearby. We send email to ask about tea experience and fruit picking experience and they reply with detailed information. Room is spotless and there is self-service laundry and free coffee and a little pantry where you can sort yourself breakfast with the shop next to the hotel where they sell local products every day. 포근하고 아늑한 느낌의 예쁜 숙소입니다. 신축이라 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 주차도 편리합니다. 주차 자리가 없다면 바로 옆의 마치노 에키에 주차하면 호텔 후문과 연결됩니다. 레스토랑이 없어서 조식 제공이 되지 않지만 판매중인 피자, 샌드위치 맛있습니다.(소금빵 단팥빵 보다는 피자 샌드위치 추천) 그리고 여기 커피 맛집입니다. 머신에서 나오는 라떼가 어지간한 커피 전문점 보다 훨씬 맛있습니다. 무료 제공이니 꼭 드세요. 유일하게 아쉬운점은 가습기가 없어서 상당히 건조하다는것. 미니 가습기 가져가세요. 넷플릭스나 OTT 안되고 TV 스틱도 와이파이 접속이 안되서 이용이 어렵습니다.(테더링으로 사용 가능) 직원분들도 친절하고 전반적으로 꽤나 만족스러운 숙소여서 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.
