Equipped kitchen area (microwave, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven and small dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer). Lounge area (TV). 1 bedroom (1 160 bed) opening onto a private south-facing terrace (awning). Shower room/wc. Reversible heating and air conditioning at an additional cost. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. WIFI. Private terrace of 15 m2 on the bedroom side + shared terrace on the living room side with garden furniture and plancha. Green space of 4000m² shared by the 2 gîtes and the owner. Possibility of renting electric bikes on reservation (15€ per day for 2 bikes). 4km from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and the Spanish border (Arnéguy), comfortable upstairs gite on the way to Santiago de Compostela
