Casa Messapica is in Ugento, on the Ionian coast of Salento. It consists
of three independent units: a two-bedroom apartment, a one bedroom
apartment and a studio apartment. It`s 150 meters away from the
beautiful Castle of Ugento, which was renovated recently, and the
Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, which dates back to the 1700.

The
two-bedroom apartment is in the old town centre of Ugento, where the
guests can walk and have dinner in a trattoria. It`s 4 kilometers away
form the most beautiful beaches of Ugento and Torre San Giovanni, such
as Lido Sabbioso, Lido Cocoloco, Torre Mozza, Pescoluse and the
well-known Maldive del Salento.The complex
of three apartments is located in Ugento which is one of the most
popular towns of the Ionian coast, at the distance of only 150 m.
there is the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. All the
units are completely independent, the first one is a two-bedroom
apartment, the other one is one-bedroom apartment and the last unit
is a studio apartment.

The access to this two-bedroom apartment is provided from the
central street of Ugento. The entrance opens into the furnished
living room with table and relaxation area which leads to the
sleeping area with two double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning
and to the bathrooms with tub. A hallway provides access to the
equipped kitchen and to the second bathroom with shower.
The most beautiful beaches of
Salento as Lido Sabbioso, Lido Cocoloco, Torre Mozza, Pescoluse and
popular Maldives of Salento are at the distance of about 6 km away.

The property represents an
ideal solution for those who want to spend their holiday between the
beaches and cultural attractions.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden with other 2 houses, separated by plants and flowers.
